  • USER Mentoring: Leading the MENTORSHIP Program, a unique product of BYJU'S IAS, to resolve the doubts of aspirants on a real-time basis. We cater to over 25,000 students every month. Process-oriented work increased the number of students making academic queries for Mentoring by 400% and so did the good feedback from students, which went up from 80% to over 90%, suggesting a better User Experience. Also, trained over 50 mentors for the mentorship role.
  • CONTENT: developed strategy to build lucid, comprehensive and innovative content which has received over 90% positive feedback from students
  • EVALUATION: designed an innovative methodology for continuous evaluation of students on an everyday basis. Feedback is provided to over 3000 students on a monthly basis for regular assessment of their learning process. Decreased the Turn Around Time from over 150 hours to less than 24 hours and optimized the cost for the process. Better service delivery ensured that we were able to handle 250% more evaluation- related queries on a daily basis.
  • UPSC Optional: Developed UPSC Anthropology Optional Product.
  • ONE TO ONE VIDEO MENTORSHIP: Planned and designed this product from scratch. This will bridge the gap between aspirants learning needs and the curriculum
  • LIVE CLASS: Worked very closely with the faculty and rank holders to conduct webinars on a weekly basis. The changes introduced in the pedagogy bettered the learning experience as the feedback of the live classes provided by students stood at around 90%
  • TALENT ACQUISITION: Built a team of over 60 members currently working under my stewardship. Conducted All India Recruitment Test and interviewed over 500 candidates. Also, on-boarded over 100 talented individuals for other teams in the UPSC mentoring and content vertical.
  • SALES: Built the process for SCHOLARSHIP TESTS and WORKSHOPS which contributes to 5-7% of annual sales. Also,worked closely with the sales team in framing a successful sales pitch.
