- Manage material and production flow throughout engineering changes, new product, and product line introductions with several teams to ease transitions
- Conduct supplier assessment for performance including the ability to deliver products of the right quality at the right time, and then sponsor the qualification of new suppliers with other departments

- Produce and circulate all necessary daily reports related to Stock and GIT to senior management, sales teams, and other key personnel so that they receive the required information concerning the availability of models for sale
- Investigate the predicted demand compared to the actual demand, detecting deviation and increasing/decreasing trends

- Coordinate monthly pulls together of consensus estimates of demand for various functions and departments
- Help coordinate, run and take notes of regular planning meetings
- Take a final adjusted statistic forecasts and unadjusted and statistical forecasts for further analysis and archiving
- Assist in the refinement or reengineering of the demand planning process and the Sales and Operations Planning S&OP processes
- Use the required indicators to maintain and improve the accuracy of the S&OP plan
- Partake in the formulation of safety stock optimization statistical models for customer service levels
- Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module and other modules of SAP
