I was entrusted with Planning works in Chief Engineer's office pertaning to entire NISA Project Division specifically of follwing nature:

• Preparation of Preliminary Estimates for obtaining Administrative Approval & Expenditure Sanction from various Clients.
• 
  

The responsibiltie assigned were as follows:

• To Monitor & Review the Monthly Progress Reports of various C.P.O. & Non-C.P.O. works received from all Zonal Chief Engineers and forwarding it to the Directorate General office.
• To Monitor & Review monthly record of REVIEW OF EXPENDITURE with MIDTERM WORK LOAD/EXPENDITURE CARD received from all Zonal Chief Engineers.
• To take necessary action on Parliament Questions, Audit Paras, RTI etc., related to complete Western Region.
• Implementation of newly introduced PIMS Software.
• Monitoring vacancy position , transfer & posting matters of Staff and Officers being dealt by SE (Coord) office.

• In-charge of Construction of Plant Quarantine Fumigation Station Institutional Building with 5 (Five) storied RCC framed structure including all development works in the campus at Sewri, Mumbai.
• In-charge for creating State of Art facilties for newly introduced Computerisation & Mechanical mailing system through Modernisation/Renovation of existing Income Tax Building premises at C12 & C13 Blocks in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
• In-charge for Construction of double tier Security Compound Wall alround the Sulehman shah open plot for Customs department at Wadala, Mumbai.

• Incharge of Construction of Provident Fund Quarters consisting of all types of categories including all development works in newly set up Campus at Marripalem, Visakhapatnam.
• Incharge of Construction of Central Intelligence Building (CIO) consisting of 5 (Five) storied RCC framed structure including development works near MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam.

• In charge of construction of several Civil RCC Structures such as G.O.s Mess, Fort Wall, Guard room, Main gate Arch, extension of Parade ground, Type III, Type IV and Type V quarters, compound wall, RCC Intze Type Over Head Water Tank etc., at prevoiusly known CISF Campus now known as National Industrial Security Acadamy (NISA), Hakimpet, Secunderabad.

• Involved in Valuation of Immovable Properties referred by Income Tax Department to ascertain Tax evasion in different purposes such as Income Tax/Cost of Construction, Capital Gains, Wealth Tax, Estate Duty etc., under Assistant Valuation Officer, Unit-1 under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad and Kurnool, Cuddapah Districts.
• Assisted in the calibration of oil tankers belonging to the government. of India owned Oil Companies such as HPCL, BPCL, Indian Oil etc.

• Resposible for Construction of "Enquiry cum Maintenance Staff quarters Buidings at Katol Road and Seminary Hills, Nagpur". The buildings are 5 (Five) Storied RCC Framed Structures.
• In charge of day to day maintenance of Residential quarters consisting of all Classes at Katol Road, Nagpur.
