• Currently working on the Base maintenance(AUGUST 2023 to Current) for the maintenance of aircraft in the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737NG & MAX, and ATR 72-600 & 42-600 series. My primary work involves the Power Plant Group (PPG), and I also have extensive experience working on various B1 systems during major maintenance checks.
• Worked on B747-400(PW4000-100), B787 (GEnx-1B), B777(GE90-110) Engines at Engine Overhaul Facility from June 2018 to July 2023.
• Recorded all maintenance performance in aircraft logbooks and completed other paperwork requirements as needed.
• Serviced and lubricated aircraft and subsystem for smooth, reliable operation for short- and long-haul flights.
• Performed troubleshooting procedures to find root causes of faults.
• Serviced aircraft engines to guarantee conformity to technical specifications.
• Carried out all scheduled maintenance inspections, out-of-phase inspections, and special inspection schedules as per the AMM.
• Carried out work on engine and APU replacement, landing gear replacement, THS actuator replacement, flap, and slat replacement, etc. Additionally, I have been associated with 12-year check, C-check, and 6-year check.

• Engine module removal and installation. Carried out split and mate of fan case and propulsor of GE90 and GEnx engines.
• Assisted in carrying out fan-indicated reading and fan blade gap check.
• Removal and installation of fan case, fan blades, fan cowl support beam, thrust link,AGB Removal and Installation, VFSG, starter duct, hydraulic pump, fuel pump, IDG, metal chip detectors, backup generator, harness, and MODS.
• Jobs carried out on wing: Carried out LRU replacement, fuel nozzle, and fuel manifold replacement.
• NDT jobs: Borescope inspection support for GE90 and GEnx.
• Experience with Airbus and Boeing engine documentation.
• Coordinated with engineering teams to develop maintenance procedures that improved aircraft longevity and reliability.

• Worked as a Technician at TAJ AIR LTD at Mumbai Base
