• Planning and supervising the pipeline repair and maintenance processes.
• Ensuring that all regulatory and permit documentation is prepared and filed correctly.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends in inspection software and tools.

Testing & Documentation

• Witnessing of Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing.
• Preparation of punch list and closure verification.
• Preparation of QC inspection reports & stage clearance documentation.
• Submitting test packs for final approval.
• Reviewing Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per applicable standards.
• Blasting & Painting/Coating Inspection
• Inspection of surface preparation as per standards (Sa 2½, St2, St3).
• Checking surface cleanliness, roughness profile and dust contamination.
• Monitoring environmental conditions (Temperature, Humidity, Dew Point).
• Measurement of Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT).
• Inspection of primer, intermediate and final coating layers.
• Verification of paint batch certificates and coating system compliance.
• Ensuring proper touch-up and repair procedures before handover.
• Conducted thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate.

• Structural Inspection Activities
• Inspection of structural steel fabrication as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Verification of edge preparation, root gap, bevel angle, alignment & dimensional tolerances.
• Checking verticality, levelness, plumbness and bolt tightening torque of erected structures.
• Monitoring structural erection activities as per IFC drawings.
• Ensuring proper identification and traceability of fabricated members.
• NDT & Welding Inspection Activities
• Review and implementation of approved WPS during welding activities.
• Monitoring welding consumables (storage, baking temperature, holding temperature).
• Conducting visual inspection before, during and after welding.
• Ensuring joint preparation, preheat, Interpass-temperature compliance.
• Interpretation of Root & Final DPT results.
• Coordination and witnessing the NDT methods of UT, MT, PT & RT.
• Responsible for stage-wise inspection as per ITP.
