• Currently working in Costa crociere World largest cruise Company.
• Working as a F&b attendant in Three Service restaurant.
• Duties includes both opening and Closing the restaurant with accurate Procedures.
• As a f&b attendant myself ensures to Set a station with proper misen places By the company Standard before the Service starts.
• And also before the operations starts I Have to pickup wine and water, According to the guest manifesto given By my maître de.
• Greet and escort guests to tables by Their booking
• Check customers’ IDs to ensure they Meet minimum age requirements for Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders As per Guest package, using POS Ordering Software or memorization.
• As a proper guidance by my waiter I Have to pick up foods as per company Safety procedures from galley to my Service area.
• Providing excellent wait service with My waiter to ensure satisfaction.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and Silverware to washing area for cleaning.
• And also I have to make sure clean and Sanitize my station before,during and After the service.
• Inform customers about the day’s Specials.
• Up-sell additional products when Appropriate..
• Various billing system ( cash, card, Room post.)
