Creation and maintenance of Global Coca-Cola customers Data in SAP based on business requests raised by requestors across the world wide

Creations of bulk new customer accounts through mass requests raised by requestors through win shuttle applications using LSMW Templates

• Responsible to carry out the day to day Customer Master Data maintenance
• Making sure that the master data is meeting the quality standard set by Global or Regional Process owners
• Accountable to all customer master data coordination with various departments and to provide master data on a timely manner
• Execute day to day customer master data tasks in compliance with defined processes, policies, performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure delivery meets customer expectations. Support the customer master data strategy
• Provide support to maintain, gather and keep up to date the customer master data used in the system
• Ensure all necessary data is available, accurate, compliant and consistent
• Monitor data creation, maintenance and deletions for effective and efficient system operations and reporting
• Understand requirements and set up customer master records and operational / local data needed to enable transaction processing
• Experience in SAP Customer Master Data maintenance, and Data Quality
• Experience in working with an ERP Master Data Add, Changes, Deletes
• Perform regular data maintenance and cleansing activities • Monitor data quality and identify and resolve data discrepancies • Develop and maintain process documentation for master data processes
• Provide support and training to end-users on master data processes and procedures • Participate in projects related to master data management
• Querying with SE16 and SQVI Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or Win Shuttle and with SAP T codes-XD99. Workflow processing with SAP or other software
• Good working experience on SAP or other ERP systems and their master data modules i.e. Material master, vendor master, customer master.
• Manage end-to-end processes related to SAP master data creation, maintenance, and governance. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various SAP modules. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement master data standards and best practices. • Conduct regular audits of SAP master data to identify and rectify discrepancies • Implement data quality controls and measures to maintain high standards of accuracy • Work closely with business users to resolve data-related issues and provide ongoing support
• Manage master data blocks ,Changes on customers based on requests
• Deactivate and Activate customers, updating of customer specific data and pricing master
• Good working experience and knowledge on ERP systems and their master data modules i.e. Material master, vendor master, customer master etc

• Involved in creation, updates and changes of vendor master data in PeopleSoft , SAP and coupa system
• Involved in Supplier maintenance and vendor management data
• Vendor master includes new setup of vendor based on Iqvia setup form provided by requestor with mandatory information on setup form
• Changes and updates which include supplier legal name change , address , New remit to address/add location , and update bank details on existing remit to add location of suppliers
• Involved in vendor master data updates in PeopleSoft , coupa and EBX systems
• Involved in handling service now tickets raised by business requestor
• Involved in handling bulk tickets received for VAT , tax id updates based on request
• Involved in updates of po requestor and primary contact email address updates in Coupa system
• Validation of Iqvia setup form filled with supplier details , legal address and other information with dually signed by supplier with date
• Working on urgent request and escalates received through emails based on requirements

Review evaluation implementation of partner data to support
current business initiative.
Validating and updating the incorrect quantities on partner
sales and inventory files on daily basis.
Checking for missing mandatory fields on partner sales and inventory
files.
Associate non voice email support from client partner and
customer enquiries.
Providing sales data information to CSI team on partner sales reporting
issue.
Resolving the issues on time to make the client satisfaction.
Handling data validation tool (DVT) to ensure key data provided
by the partner and customers.
Working on file uploads and back outs and file uploads and analyzing
missing files reported time to time.

Worked on partner data compensation and sales data analyses and
process data management policies.
