• Crafted and implemented SAP MM outbound interfaces for material master data transfer.
• Ensured accurate Material Master data management, validating changes in procurement type, plant-specific status, and material extensions.
• Facilitated middleware and external system communication through IDoc integration.
• Authored functional specifications, collaborating with ABAP consultants for seamless execution.
• Delivered end-to-end support for UT, SIT, UAT, and Key User Training.
• Managed post-Go-Live support, facilitating handovers to the GPS team, and monitoring system performance.

Project #3: Enhancement Project for Caterpillar, Inc.

Duration: 6 months.

• Configured condition types, updated pricing procedures, and enhanced EDI outputs (850/860).
• Coordinated with the G/L account team to align financial postings, and ensure compliance.
• Authored detailed functional specifications, and collaborated on the development of IDoc custom segments with ABAP consultants to deliver high-quality developments.
• Created middleware mapping documents for custom EDI segments, improving data exchange accuracy.
• Played a key role in UT, SIT, UAT, and Key User Training sessions to support the rollout effort.

Project #2: Enhancement Project for Caterpillar, Inc.

Duration: 4 months.

• Developed and implemented custom logic to update Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreement terms and conditions for parts sourced from external, non-U.S.-based suppliers.
• Enhanced IDOC functionality to streamline text transmission to suppliers.
• Teamed up with SI group for testing purposes.

Project #1: Release Strategy Enhancement for the China Facility.

Duration: 7 months.

• Participated in project kick-off meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Enhanced the release strategy configuration in SAP to accommodate a new department and release code for purchase requisition approvals, specific to the China facility.
• Configured release strategy parameters, including release codes, release groups, and classification.
• Provided post-go-live support and resolved issues related to the updated release strategy.
