- Developed Risk Prediction Model for flagging risky orders, and their return reason based on historical orders, returns and products data, using ML algorithms like Random Forest, XGBoost, Adaboost, with accuracy over 80%
- Developed Return Fraud management system to detect return/ exchange requests from fraudulent customers, using ML algorithms. This helped in reducing fraud refunds by 10%.
- Developed Incentive Engine, which gives incentives to shoppers to prevent returns, promote exchanges and give refund in the form of store credits. This was done using return rate features based on geolocation, shopper attributes, and product attributes
- Led the AI segment of new product, which aims at reducing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) by identifying shoppers who buy more and return less. This uses AI to award points to shoppers based on various parameters like customer category, average order value, etc. The system also uses Collaborative filter-based Recommendation System, identifying the cluster of customers and giving them similar recommendations of vouchers/ gift cards.
