1.Metrics_hub, In this process the reports of data of the multiple clients are fed into the metrics hub application where it showcases the changes in the metrics of data based on the different measures based on in the quarters, months yearly etc. It involves data engineering work along with encore API to used to add and update, get the dataset of the client in the UI application. 

2.Clinical routing, This process involves the routing of the claims based on the member verification based on the various application platform like ETS, mainframe, and verify whether admin or clinical claim. If the case is admin will not proceed if clinical then will do the verification along with the data gathering from multiple screens of IBM personal (Main frame) and then route the claim to clinical team for verification. 

3.Empire, This process involves sending the acknowledgement letters to the customers based on the considering the multiple scenarios like member/ provider liability, submitted by etc and create a letter based on the scenarios. 

4.FADV, This process involves the background verification of the candidate for the different clients. CPW Physician Letter Generation, United Health Care, In M&R first pass, annually 720k (Enterprise) letters are generated and sent to providers requesting for missing critical information. ORS (Online Routing Services), Worked on onshore project to verify the data entry details for the electronics claims submitted by patients. 

5.Facility Demographic, United Health Group, This project includes insertion, updating and termination of 14 different work types into NDB Mainframe.

 6.Statistical Accounting, worked with onshore (USA) to identify the feasible areas for automation, and the development and design of a module in a large project for a record-to-report area GSPs, TATA AIG, Worked with Onshore (Philippines) to identify the feasible areas for automation, process in a transition phase for Accounts Payable.
