The project is centered around being a part of the centralized DBA team within the organization. The team’s main goal is to ensure the production environment is constantly operational.

• In this role, I am a part of performance optimization initiatives, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance overall system performance.
• I Lead database environment setup projects for European operations from India, ensuring seamless integration.
• Continously contributing to a comprehensive permissions overhaul across multiple databases to Comply with audit requirements.
• I work in a High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR) SQL Server environment hosted on AWS, where I troubleshoot issues, manage backups and restores for lower environments, and am regularly involved in SQL Server patching and upgrades.

Oasis 360, it is a suite program for casino management system, and it comprises of multiple applications. The underline applications provided casino marketing professional various information tools to manage and analyze important player information and where users can create and process promotional and cashable credits.

Projects Handled: Handled SQL server database development activities for Multiple different Suite Releases.

• Contributed independently to database design and development in an Agile environment, including requirement-based modifications and rigorous testing
• Designed and developed stored procedures, optimized complex queries, and ensured all solutions met performance and compliance standards
• Collaborated with developers to improve application functionality and implement best practices across database systems
• Handled DBA tasks, including maintenance of lower environments, backups, and restores to ensure data integrity and availability

PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) under this project the health checkup of all the products of organization is done and accordingly upgradation decisions are taken. The applications are upgraded and also migrated from one technology to another based on their business requirements.

Projects Handled: Webtrax, UHC Services, Generic Content Validator (GCV) and Operational Data Storage.

• Communicated with end users to understand product usage and gather feedback
• Analyzed business requirements for existing projects to support effective reporting solutions
• Gathered requirements, analyzed data, and designed and developed SSRS reports; also prepared detailed technical documentation
• Migrated existing Crystal Reports to SSRS by redesigning them for improved performance and usability

GRID stands for Property Database of CBRE. It is a centralized application and available to all APAC CBRE employees through all countries. It contains basic property information (that can be extended as advised) and will contain key functionality like Property Search, Stacking Plans, Sales and Leasing transactions and be able to produce limited Property Marketing flyers like Executive Summaries.

• Created and managed database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, and functions for ongoing projects
