Ø Taking care of CUG Connections, VAS Services, and Migration Cases etc. which comes under TAP, of all Finedge Employees & coordinating for approval by Hutch Clients & also Coordinating with concerned investigation agencies for final SIM Verification approval.
Ø Making the Appraisal forms, maintaining data & displaying the appraised employee list on Notice Boards etc.
Ø Maintaining & keeping the record of Referral Incentive Data.
Ø Making the KRA’s for Agents, TL’s, TC’s & Process Manager’s as directed by CEO or HR Manager.
Co-ordination with H.R.:
Ø Compiling the entire certified data (Hard Copy + Soft Copy) and forwarding the same to Accounts Dept. every month end, for salary purposes.
Ø Coordinating with the Trainers & keeping track of all Certification/Drop Outs/Non-Certification Status Batch wise.
Ø Making & keeping a track of Notices, Circulars, Warning Letters, Termination Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters etc.
Ø Making the Appointment Letters for Agents, Managers, and General Managers etc.
Ø Maintaining & Updating Employees Database (New Joining) on regular bases.
Ø Coordinating Voice Test & giving feedback to Applicants.
Ø Preparing & Circulating IJP’s for HUTCH.
Ø To assist Managing Director in day to day operations.
Ø Checking e-mails and reply to those e-mails as per Managing Director’s instructions and follow up.
Ø Attending and making telephone calls for Managing Director and follow up, if required.
Ø Follow up with difference departments for the information / details, asked by Managing Director and arrange meetings, if required.
