Processing tickets for all record types – Sales, Exchanges, and Refunds.

3) Worked on Amadeus and Client GDS - Oder's.
4)Apart from auditing, worked on audit validations, BSP disputes, and monthly variations for the respective audit.
5)Quality checks on the ADMs raised in case of high volumes. Conducted process training for the Lufthansa audit for exchanges.

6)Handled audit-related queries in the absence of the team lead.
7)PNR check: PNR creation date Ticketing date, Involuntary schedule changes – UN, TK, FA element.
Alternative flight provided in case of flight cancellation. XS, AS, CS segments. RF element to check lines created in PNR is updated by the agency or airline's own agency. No show. o Connecting flights affected due to flight cancellation.
