Company Overview: Apple Production Support is one of the key projects within the Global Business Intelligence (GBI) group at Apple in the iTunes portfolio
The primary objective is to store the iTunes data, bringing the same into an Enterprise Data Warehouse and building complex reporting around the same for the Apple Business team and external vendors
Involved in support and tuning process running in extraction, migration and semantic layers

Independently conducted RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for incidents, identified trends, documented and implemented preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences and streamline support processes
