Ms. Pooja Kumari is the founder of PSquare Legal Alliance. Since the beginning, she has emphasized a result-oriented approach and aims at encountering legal intricacies and consequently providing a solution-based platform. The team of young Advocates are dynamic, enterprising, and prominent first-gen lawyers who have converted most of the cases in favour while defending their clients at different levels of litigation in different fields of the legal arena.
PSquare Legal Alliance also executes pro bono work and has been assisting Non-Governmental Organizations and people in necessary pro bono work with a vision of “Lawyering for Poor is Lawyering for Justice”.

Ms. Pooja Kumari emerges as a distinguished advocate, blending a diverse educational background with extensive experience across various legal domains, notably in Criminal Law, Family Law, Cybercrime, and Forensic Document Examination. Holding a Diploma in Forensic Document Examination from the National Forensic Sciences University, an LL.M in Criminology & Cyber Crimes, and a BA, LL.B (Hons.) from Lloyd Law College, she boasts a robust foundation in legal theory and practice.
Throughout her tenure in various law firms, Ms. Pooja has showcased exceptional proficiency in legal drafting, research, and advocacy. She has navigated an array of cases across multiple court levels, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts, encompassing diverse fields like Criminal Defense; including POCSO , Heinous Crimes, Domestic Violence, Family Disputes, Property Matters, and Employment Matters, Senior Citizen Matters and more.
Complementing her professional journey, Ms. Pooja Kumari has actively pursued internships and training programs, honing practical skills in handwriting analysis, international criminal law advocacy, and human rights law. Engaging fervently in both academic and extracurricular pursuits, she has spearheaded seminars, participated in competitions and ELCOP Summer School in Bangladesh, organized various academic programs and contributed to legal publications; these engagements have significantly enriched her intellectual growth and professional acumen.
Interning with the Public Prosecutor have exposed Ms. Pooja Kumari to the intricacies of criminal law, courtroom procedures, and the prosecution process. This experience has honed her skills in case analysis, and advocacy. Similarly, interning with a former member of the Law Commission of India has offered Ms. Kumari a unique perspective on legislative processes, legal reforms, and the intersection of law and public policy. She had the opportunity to contribute to research projects, draft legal opinions, organize CLEA-MILAT Human Rights & Social Justice Summer School, 2022 and participate in discussions on potential legislative changes. With specialized experience in handling Criminal Cases, and being trained by Forensic Experts in Document Examination and Crime Scene Examination, Ms. Pooja is driven by a commitment to social justice and the empowerment of marginalized communities through legal advocacy. With a proactive and meticulous approach to laborious lawyering, she strives to uphold the principles of justice and fairness in all their endeavours.
Moreover, in her journey, Ms. Pooja has demonstrated a keen acumen for Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, spearheading debt recovery initiatives for esteemed banking institutions such as State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank and Union Bank of India. Her representation spans across multiple courts and forums, including the NCLT , DRT , PMLA and NCDRC . In these diverse cases, ranging from recovery disputes to corruption matters.
