  • Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Smart ICARGO SOFTWARE and accounting system, overseeing a team's efforts and personally reviewing the results before providing sign-off for deployment to the IT department.
  • Led the implementation of ICARGO SOFTWARE , ensuring alignment with finance requirements, testing on UAT, and granting sign-off for deployment to production by the IT department.
  • Managed data migration from ICARGO to Smart Kargo software, including Agent Master, Rates, and OCDC.
  • Integrated Cargo Revenue accounting with SAP HANA.
  • Prepared GSTR1 and GSTR2A for reconciliation purposes.
  • Created reconciliation sheets for domestic customers to identify and recover any payment discrepancies.
