  • Study current product portfolio & identify product gaps in present assortment. Develop products, product range, collection from existing merchants. Identify and onboard new merchants and assess them on parameters - Product Quality, Scale, Set-Up, Product Assortment, Merchant's Behavioral Alignment, Price Points. Negotiate buying price to ensure healthy margin and attractive selling price.
  • Responsible for onboarding of 200+ Merchants in Across all 3 PT's in Marketplace.
  • Developed & implemented sourcing strategy from New Manufacturing Clusters.
  • Responsible for Developing and Launching New PTS from Scratch for Kids Furniture, starting from the exploring the various PT can be added ensuring the quality and average asp for every transaction.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Inventory team to ensure year-round availability of product, avoid excess inventory and utilize working capital efficiently. Work closely with systems team to improve work efficiency by automation of processes.
