TOPIC- Management consulting on the opportunity and threat in Yashaswi Fish Meal and Oil Company (2022)

DESCRIPTION - A detailed analysis on the company was made and certain growth opportunity and problems were identified in order to facilitate the growth of the company.

TOPIC- Brand Audit of Oreo (2022)

DESCRIPTION- We in a group of 5 made a complete analysis on the brand oreo regarding its brand inventory, brand elements, their marketing strategies, brand association, competitors and so on and came up with certain recommendations and findings.

TOPIC- Digital Marketing Program for JKSHIM (2022)

DESCRIPTION- We in a group of 5 worked on the digital marketing strategies of JKSHIM. We looked into all the digital marketing platforms that JKSHIM was present in and found out that, there were both problems and improvements that was necessary to be undertaken. We recommended certain solutions and also helped in implementing the same.

DESCRIPTION- MIA (Management In Action) is a part of our Academic curriculum program where we in a group work as a consulting firm for a company and find out issues causing the company and in the end come up with the required solution that would help in the company's welfare and growth.

DESCRIPTION- Here we made a comparative analysis on both the company by using the SCROL model. Comparision was done on the company's products, their suppliers, plant capacity, supply chain, customer segmentation, financials and so on.

DESCRIPTION- Avigna provides a platform for people who struggle in arranging pundit's, pooja materials and satwik food for their special occasions. This app brings together local vendors, caterer's and pundits on one single platform making it easy and convenient for people to organize their events.

TOPIC- Fundamental Analysis of top 10 firms of Indian Industry (2021)

DESCRIPTION- Top 10 firms of the industry were analyzed and a complete study on their EVA, capital structure, working capital requirement and stock price were made. we also gave a detailed report on their recent developments.

TOPIC- Analysis of Strategic Management practices at Titan (2021)

DESCRIPTION- A detailed study on the company Titan was made. This gave us a major insight regarding company's core values,their competitors, suppliers and their buyers. We also segmented the company and compared them with their competitors to know where they stood in the market.

TOPIC- Research Project on Analysis on Consumer Behavior of Maggie before and after its ban (2021)

DESCRIPTION- A detailed study on consumer preference on maggie before and after its ban in India was formulated. Our main objective here was to determine the marketing and promotional strategies adopted by Maggie after its breakout.

TOPIC- Research Project on Analysis on the Usage of Social Media using R software (2020)

DESCRIPTION- A detailed report how and when do people use social media was formulated, this was done by segmenting our respondents on the basis of their age, gender and profession using R software.
