PROJECTS

1. Automation Development- Client: Vision Care Based Company(Associated with Nividous Software Solutions Company)

The process involves the extraction of data from Invoices using Nividous SmartBOT(Python and AI\ML tool) automation. Here we segregate the Invoice among the bundle of documents and extract the data from invoices using Smart bot techniques to JSON and share JSON mappings with the database team to fetch required information in their table and populate same on the client’s webpage with the client's approval.

Roles and responsibilities

• Discussing and gathering requirements from clients for the vendors.
• Sharing the ideas and requirements with the other developer.
• Arranging help and required information and feasible system for the developer.
• Plan and execute the project to the client in time with good quality.

2. Automation Development - Client: Vision Care Based Company(Associated with Nividous Software Solutions Company)

The process involved automating the client’s websites to download Insurance, Medical, and patient eligibility information. Extracting Insurance information from the file to fetching into the database and migrate the Medical and Eligibility information to practice location with patient’s correct information mapping.

Roles and responsibilities

• Discussing and gathering requirements from clients for all the different practice locations.
• Designed the automated process in the client’s environment.
• Developed the automated workflow using Nividous RPA studio.
• Mapping the process with practice location as per the requirements.
• Assisted in testing and bug fixing.
• Plan and execute the project to the client in time with good quality.

3.Automation Development - Client: Vision Care Based Company(Associated with Nividous Software Solutions Company)

The process involved fetching the data from the client’s database, Automating the Client Application in the Client’s environment, and taking care of the patient’s daily appointment mappings with respective practices and necessary documents available on site from the automated application. In total, I have worked on approximately 46 practices of 6 different Source Systems for desktop and Citrix automation along with web automation for this project.

• Discussing and gathering requirements from client here we also work on planning softlaunch and feasibility of system with client
• Sharing the knowledge and practice information with our team for Automation
• Sharing the knowledge and practice requirements with our team for Automation
• Designing the automated process in the client’s environment.
• Discussing the resource requirement with the client for the development\deployment of the project
• Develop the automated workflow using Nividous RPA Studio and Python -Robot Framework.
• Work with the IT Infrastructure team of the client for system requirements and issues.
• Work on testing, bug fixing, and support whenever needed.
• Plan and execute the project to the client in time with good quality.

4. Scheduling Process - Client: Health-Care Based Company(Associated with QualyVal Consulting Company)

The process involved fetching the data from the client’s database and processing further as per the client’s requests. Scheduling patient’s appointments as per patient’s configuration.

5. PDF Data Extraction and Data Entry Project(Associated with QualyVal Consulting Company)

The process includes the downloading of Invoices from the Email attachments and further extracting the data from Invoices and then entering the data into the client’s portal.

• Identified and analyzed the process.
• Designed and developed the automated process with the exception handling scenarios using UIPath studio.
• Assisted in maintenance of the project.

6. SPEICHER-CLOUDVILLA(Associated with College)

Installing and setting up a cloud server to store user data as well as public data with HDFS and setting up Hadoop on a multi-node cluster.

• Designed and developed a Storage server using Hadoop.
• Worked on testing and debugging of process.
• Documented the Process.
