Possessing a deep understanding of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and the foundational stage is an invaluable skill that I have honed over the years. This expertise enables me with a in depth understanding of the holistic development of children during a critical period marked by rapid cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. My Doctoral Research in the area of Child Development enables to create nurturing and stimulating learning environments, design age-appropriate and engaging learning activities, and support children's natural curiosity while iincorporating play-based learning, fostering social interactions, and building foundational skills in language, numeracy, and socio-emotional development. The recent advent of ECCE within the NEP framework,2020 reaffirms my faith and I wish to contribute in this area with my knowledge and experience.

As an assessment and curriculum planner very recently, I've honed a multifaceted skill set that includes the strategic integration of technology and innovative educational methodologies. A key skill is leveraging artificial intelligence as a learning tool, which allows for the creation of personalized learning experiences and the analysis of student performance data to tailor instruction effectively. I've developed expertise in designing assessments that not only measure knowledge but also foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, I am proficient in aligning curriculum with educational standards and goals, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive learning journey. My role demands a continuous commitment to staying abreast of educational trends and technological advancements, enabling me to implement cutting-edge tools and strategies that enhance both teaching and learning outcomes.

A free-spirited person who loves to cook, listen to good music and spend quality time with my family. A mother of two adorable likewise free - spirited sons who allow me to be a parent and a professional at the same time. Umpteen examples from their growing years serve as rich examples for me to share with students on Human Development and Childhood studies thereby making the subject applicable which happens to be my forte. Also, with them I can foresee the theories of Human and Child development. I am a keen observer and love to gather knowledge from my surroundings. The understanding of the subject helps me understand the transformation an individual goes through at every stage and adapt accordingly. I am a firm believer that the foundation if laid right, leads to holistic development in all the spheres of development.
