- Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Hadoop Environment.
- Experienced in Hadoop cluster configuration and deployement to integrate with system hardware in the AWS .
- Experienced in installing apache hadoop, cloudera distribution, and implementing eco-system of projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with the range of big data compenents such as HDFS, Yarn, MR, Hive, Oozie,Zookeeper , Spark, Kafka,Kerberos, KDC.
- Involved in Cluster Planning & Capacity Planning and implemented Hadoop infrastructure.
- Scheduling snapshots and backups configured Backup and Disaster Recovery of cluster by creating snapshots policies and backup schedules.
- Cluster maintenance as well as commission and decommission of node using Cloudera Manager.
- Hands on Linux skills required for Hadoop Environment.
- Ensure availability and stability of the systems in production
