• Enhanced my pedagogical skills in English language teaching and got the first hand experience of challenges teachers face by teaching in government schools and Azim Premji School, Barmer.
• Facilitated capacity building engagements with teachers on larger level and with focused group.
• Developed training materials and curricula for teachers to use in the classroom.
• Supported teachers in developing lesson plans and school level interventions to foster conducive learning environment in school s.
• Collaborated with RSCERT to develop in-service training modules, Workbook developed for bridge program in English (grades 3-8) 2023 and for trainings of State resource groups and District resource groups.
• Planned and ensured the smooth functioning of English team of district and state where the team collaborated in content development and its execution as per the need of teachers.
• Conducted research studies such as the myth of online education, Loss of Learning during the Pandemic, Open schools, focus on recovering lost learning, say teachers, and Teacher efforts to support learning recovery after school reopening, in the role of Research SPOC for the district. Developed tool for data collection and contributed in report writing.
• Mentored three batches of Associate Resource Persons from 2021 to 2023. Contributed in shaping their trajectory in the foundation, their field work and collaboration within the team.
• Coordinated the Field Practice 3 of students of M.A. Education from Azim Premji University from 2022 to 2023 as the Location Coordinator.
• Demonstrated skills of a team player by executing various tasks with the team members.

• 6 weeks’ full-time internship on “Head teachers’ practices in functioning of school and involving the community in school in a draught prone area” with Azim Premji Foundation, district institute, Barmer, Rajasthan. (Nov-Dec 2017).
• Conducted field visits to interior parts of Shiv block of Barmer to understand community and school relations.
• Organized and maintained records of all data collected during research activities.

• Two weeks full time research work “to understand the differences in pedagogic practices of Anganwadi teachers in different Socio-economic neighborhoods” with six Anganwadis in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. (7th-19th march, 2017)
• Collaborated with other interns to ensure efficient completion of research tasks.
• Conducted literature reviews to identify key areas for further research.
• Gathered and analyzed data using qualitative methods such as interviews and focus groups.
• Created detailed reports summarizing the findings from various research studies.

Two weeks full time Field immersion to understand the educational policies and functioning of Govt. school system with Azim Premji Foundation Raigarh, Chhattisgarh(12thSep-24th Sep 2016)

• 6 Weeks full time internship under Read India program in Pratham Education Foundation, in Bina, Madhya Pradesh. This program aim to improve the reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills of children in the age group of 6-14. (July- August 2015)
• Collaborated with the Pratham field team to conduct activities in the classrooms for children which could improve basic reading and understanding of the texts.
