1. Development of Rumigreen:

• Developed the Rumigreen product using yeast within one year, utilizing raw materials, yeast, and yeast metabolites.
• Developing SOPs for microbial testing that are used in the lab.
• Conducted QC tests in the design of an experiment for the product, contributing to a successful product launch.
• Worked closely with the production team to regularize the production.

2. Zinc Accumulation of Yeast:

• Testing of final products and raw materials, performing tests using wet chemistry, and other methods.
• I was responsible for setting up lab experiments, collecting data, documenting results, reporting findings, and managing stock maintenance.

3. Biopigment production using Serratia:

• Sample Preparation & Analysis: responsible for preparing biological samples to extract pigments, and ensuring they are suitable for analysis through different instruments.
• worked with several advanced analytical instruments to characterize and quantify the biopigments.
• Some of the key techniques I employed included UV-Vis spectrophotometry, HPLC, TLC, and column chromatography.

• Performed routine RT-PCR tests on clinical samples for the detection of SARS-CoV-2, ensuring timely and accurate results for diagnostics.
• Regularly maintained and calibrated RT-PCR machines, and associated equipment, to ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting any technical issues as necessary.
• Managed and documented test results, ensuring proper recording and storage of data in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards.
• Worked closely with clinical staff and laboratory teams to interpret test results and contribute to diagnostic reports for patient care.
