Job Profile:
· Good exposure and experience on AT&T Applications, Amdocs CRM (Customer Relationship Manager),PST (Production Support Tool), EM(Exception Manager), BBNMS(Broadband Network Management System), OMS (Order Management System), and other Amdocs Applications.
· Root cause analysis for the customer and AT&T with the help of Application Tools like BBNMS, PST and OMS.
· Working on tickets raised for products and price plans issue of the customer which are changed due to internal error in the OMS.
· Create and Execute SQL queries to mine customer base for campaign effective reports.
· Resolving the Escalations as per priority and providing solutions to customer.
· Coordinating with different teams and clients for resolving the issues related to OMS Fallouts.
· Working on process to find OMS fallouts and exceptions, in case the order is stuck at point in the OMC life cycle.
Job Details:
* Transferring Telstra services such as PSTN lines, mobile, email service, internet service and broadband to its end users.
* Good commands of SAP tools like MAXIM, SIEBEL, WAS, ONDB.
* Worked on main frame applications Flex-cab MICA and ONDB.
* Interaction with Onshore team, Project manager for Issues/ Queries related to complex order
