- Worked in a project which was a front end application used by Client's Hotel employees for managing guests checking into the hotel.
- The application consisted of end to end implementation for serving the guests right from the check in to the hotel to their end of the stay. It mainly dealt with Case Management, Reservation Management and integration with external systems which stored customer details on external APIs to have the customer data available across all hotels around the world.
- Contact-360 Page and Guest Planning Screen were some of the core features provided by the application which were completely build on customized Aura and LWC components.
- It was one of the world's largest Salesforce implementation in terms of live users, with a user license base of 1.1 lakh across 7000+ hotels across the world.
- Responsibilities : Attended Grooming calls, get the epic/user stories and then analyzing and implementing using configuration and customization techniques in salesforce.
- Conducted the technical feasibility study and delivered the requirements with high quality backend code which had to go through 3 levels of code reviews.
- Worked on code refactoring and test classes.
- Worked on tools like Data loader, VS Code, Nova Suite, GIT.
