With IGNOU as Academic Counsellor it's been a journey of shaping young minds and evolving in the process of being and becoming.

Responsibilities at MGNCRE included having roundtable meetings with officials from universities/colleges offering Social Work education and training in North India on Skill Labs.

As Fieldwork Coordinator with the School of Social Work, TISS, Mumbai, I was coordinating, networking and partnering with placement organization's, faculty colleagues and Supervisors for the first year fieldwork program of 240 odd students per year on an ongoing basis. Engaging with various stakeholders and building field class linkages enabled me to provide ample spaces for students learning, peer learning and professional development.

Teaching modules on perspectives to Indian society to undergraduate students of BDes. and MDes students has been more than worthwhile

As School Social Worker I worked with students to help promote their mental health and wellness. It also involved working on community outreach programs including Adopt A gran project in collaboration with Help Age India

Worked with refugee populations, undertook socio cultural assessments, helped integrate resources such as employment, opportunities for them to participate in wider community activities besides enabling capacity building and undertaking social inclusion
