Talent Acquisition & Retention:

• Working closely with account managers in restructuring of teams, diversity inclusion, ramp-up.

  Mental Health & Wellness to boost employee morale during pandemic.
• Planned regular health check up in association with Fortis Healthcare
• Planned Bereavement Counseling for team members who lost their loved ones due to covid in association with CanSupport.

Grievance Redressal & Query Resolution

• Conduct a thorough investigation on complaints brought forward, such as workplace harassment, policy violation, discrimination claims, etc. To come up with appropriate and prompt resolutions.
• Resolved 1400+ general inquiries regarding HR policies, employment laws, appraisals and compliances in April 2020 -March 2021.
• Conducting skip level & lead connect monthly. Summarizing the responses and proposing action plans for HR related concerns.

Automation

• Worked closely with BI team to develop 'Comet' a portal for Attendance & Leave Management.
• Proposed Google Form for Exit Interview to ease preparation of analysis.

• Developed and executed HR policies and programs, workforce and job development, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits and employee and labor relations to build staff-focused human resources office culture.
• Maintained company compliance with local, state and federal laws, in addition to established organizational standards.
