Project - Airmeet

Working as a QA Lead in the 'Backend, Analytics, and Platform' team, responsible for comprehensive testing of Airmeet APIs, analytics reports, and platform integrations with CRMs. Collaborates closely with developers to select optimal design solutions and ensure seamless compatibility of system components.

• Designed and executed manual and automation test cases, collaborated with development and product teams on bugs, and participated in release cycles.
• Monitored operations with New Relic and Kibana, and performed database testing with noSQL, AWS DynamoDB.
• Conducted API testing with Postman, automated tests using Rest Assured and TestNG, and integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Managed a team of four testers, provided technical direction, and developed test plans and strategies.
• Developed automated scripts using Selenium WebDriver, implemented a Java-based testing framework, BDD and tailored a QA process to the product life cycle.

Project - Mobilads/Viking Health

As a key member of the QA team on multiple projects using Agile methodology, I have primarily focused on functional testing. I have conducted API testing with Postman, performance and load testing with JMeter, automation testing with Selenium in Java, and database testing using AWS DynamoDB (NoSQL).

Booking Commerce is a SaaS-based online booking and appointment scheduling software designed to streamline customer onboarding and accelerate sales. It enables admins to manage booking features tailored for individual appointments, ensuring that each time slot is reserved for a single user.
