• Experienced tax consultant with 5 tax seasons worth of experience preparing, reviewing and signing individual tax returns in Global Mobility Services (UK Tax) at PwC AC Kolkata) for 5 years
• 2.5 years of experience leading the Mixed Fund Analysis team in India and providing training to new joiners as well providing refresher training to preparers
• Preparing and reviewing complex calculations for Mixed Fund Analysis team.
• Took charge of mailbox responsibilities' such as answering taxpayers' and clients' queries, taking calls with taxpayers, showcasing client communication efficiently.
• Regularly calling HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue and Customs) in the UK to solve taxpayer's issues such as releasing their pending refunds, help HMRC allocate the taxpayers' advance taxes correctly, cancelling their filing requirement, etc.

• Verifying mathematical accuracy of the Financial Statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & loss Account, Cash flow Statement, Schedule of
Investments, Notes to the Accounts etc, so that the figures in the statements are adding up correctly.
• Verifying if current year financial statements data match with that of previous years.
• Verifying if figures and calculations in Notes to Accounts in the Balance Sheet match with the Primary Financial Statements.
• Matching the figures on bonds and securities given in Schedules of Investment with Supporting Documents.
