Project: Dex Media - Lights On Support BIS

• Working as LOS BIS Lead for DEX Media client.
• Responsible for supporting SLA based Daily/Weekly/Monthly ETL jobs for the client.
• Identified the Root cause for the Microstratagy reporting issues and created PRs and worked with Development team on fixes.
• Proactively created Recon scripts for the 9 Scripts which are failing in daily batch helped to maintain the Batch SLA.
• Established very good relationship with Client BIS Manager and Development teams.
• Key contributor in reducing the Incident management Backlog which is up to 80 %.

Project :STAR/VDWH-Sales Tracking &Reporting/Vehicle Datawarehouse

• Supporting the different applications in BMW SAO Project including Central apps, Service DWH, Caesar info, VDWH, Aftersales, Sales tracking and Reporting, Warranty DWH).
• Working on the different releases, Ideas, Variable work as part of BMW SAO under TEG Team.
• Participating in the Onshore and Offshore ticket solving Providing Technical support and troubleshooting and finding the route cause analysis.
• Batch job monitoring (24x7) including Month End, Quarter End and Year-End Support.
• Integrated & Imported data from various Sources transformed, loaded into Data Warehouse Targets using Informatica client Tools including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and Flat Files.
• Participate in performance tuning of jobs, which have shown degradation in performance or have started to impact SLAs.
