Monitored the procurements for OEM manufacturing for 'Prestige' Brand (TTK Group Company), recruitment of staff & workers, production and dispatches from the Unit at Daman.
In 2004, I was entrusted with the job of setting up of a new manufacturing unit (Unit no.3) of the company in Himachal Pradesh being a newly declared tax exempted zone.
The responsibilities included, locating a suitable place and premises for the Unit, completing all necessary registration formalities, getting power connection, recruitment, procurement and streamlining the production and dispatch of finished goods to across the country.
