· ONGC officials are met daily to discuss the current state of the offshore working vessels.

· Leading the consortium partners in the fabrication of the installations aids and keeping an eye on the daily offshore schedule during the offshore campaign help ensure readiness.

· Directing the crewing departments and agents for MOHA, NEDs, Vessels MOD, and Vessel SPL, as well as the Logistic department for the vessels and Project Materials ECs.

· In charge of the onshore construction site, In-charge of material procurement, subcontractor mobilization, and other tasks.

• Working as CFM Coordinator, Responsible for management and coordination of Company Furnished Materials (CFM) for KG-D6 project through life time of project
• Liaising with PMT to identify interfaces with Company on CFM (i.e
• Hand-over delivery, documentation, refurbishment and return)
• Ensuring quality inspection of components prior to hand-over (actual quality inspection by inspectors or field engineers) and expediting issue of MRR documentation, tracking punch list items and ensuring close out, QA issues / road blocks at hand over, QA for any refurbishment items & QA for MRR at equipment return to RIL
• Expediting LTC to arrange material shipments and deliveries, tracking shipping progress and updating in the CFM tracker/ database
• Coordinate with LTC in ensuring LTC required shipping documentation is expedited from other parties (i.e
• RIL, CFM vendor etc.)
• Maintain all shipping documents / invoices / AWB / BOE etc
• In a folder tree database for easy reference purposes
• Ensure that equipment has arrived and been logged into warehouse / fabrication sites
• Maintain contact with key personnel at ware house / fabrication sites to understand the timelines of the equipment movement and storage
• Ensure that material preservation and storage requirements are implemented in line with CFM vendor guidelines at each material ware house and fabrication yard
• Working with field engineers during early project stage to identify and plan CFM flow from fab yards / vendor sites to the field
• Coordinate with onsite engineers to understand regarding needs vis a vis maintenance, calibration, refurbishment or additional spares and provide feedback on requirements to PMT
• Early identification of missing or damaged equipment and responsible to manage recovery of lost components or repair / replacement of damaged equipment
• Ensuring familiarity and adherence to the following procedures as well as all project documentation: Contract documents including SOW and GCC, Materials receipt record procedure, Preservation procedure, Project logistics procedures
• Controlling to ensure that preservation procedures have been followed for all equipment at all sites (and tracking of adherence within data base)
• Responsible for the generating consumption report for all the CFM material and submitting to Client and returning the leftover CFM material to Client

• Providing pipeline pre-commissioning for pipeline hydro testing, dewatering, MEG conditioning and nitrogen packing for the 14-inch twin pipelines
• Umbilical fluid displacement for main infield umbilical and supporting for subsea control system commissioning from onshore control room
• Umbilical pressure monitoring along with OUS Techs at ONGC Terminal during the trenching of pipelines and installation of the STFL
• Planning & Supervision of loading and off-loading activities during Mob & De-mob of project vessels as per guidelines provided by operations team
• Planning & Management of Sea fastening activities done by 3rd Party personnel to ensure that activities completed within stipulated timelines
• Co-ordination with Shallow water survey team to make needful arrangements during their activity at Beach pull location
• Rising PR/MR in SPMAT for all offshore and onshore material requirements, liaising with SCM team to obtain Ident codes or generating codes for new items whenever required
• Based on project cost-center, getting appropriate account code to ensure that costs are mapped to respective Cost center
• Following-up and obtaining appropriate approvals to support the team and allotment of PR to buyers, modifications to MR/PR as required and ensuring procedural compliance to deliver materials in stipulated time-frame

• Project Manager and senior team members to manage the operation activities and providing overall Admin support as required
• Checking Service Orders(SO) submitted by service provider to make sure that all formal approvals are in place, adhering to contractual terms and submission in a timely manner with proper documentation
• Verifying vendor and service provider invoices to ensure that the billing is done as per contractual terms & rates
• Checking invoices to confirm that relevant Service Order, third party bills, MDR mail approvals, Trip sheets/time sheets etc., are attached to be in line with MDR requirements and avoiding duplicate billing
• Basing on project requirements, identifying suitable vendors/service providers to obtain formal quotes and negotiate on terms & rates and further following-up for relevant approvals
• Submitting monthly Invoices to Client (ONGC) with all supporting milestone documents and Annexure-E, further liaising with ONGC to identify discrepancies and report to Head office for requisite correction and closure
• Communication with concerned parties for getting MOHA & NED documentation, subsequent verification, addressing deficiencies and chase-up with Agent for swift submission/processing of applications and follow-up if any required with ONGC PMT/Security offices
• Applying the MOD, NSC, and SPL clearances’ from ONGC project office and ensure that all relevant certificates are valid, maintaining a database to track expiry dates and follow-up with agents for renewals as and when required
• Accessing PICA for upload of cover letters for MOHA, MOD, NSC, NED etc., pursue for approval by relevant persons and further submission to ONGC with all support documents
• As a document controller, engaging in discussions with client to identify their requirements and arranging for submissions of project documentation/manuals/procedures etc., as desired

• Reviewing Client enquires and visiting the damaged equipment’s location and survey on it and calculating scope of work and then providing the quote with time frame
• Mobilization of Operation Equipment’s form Offshore Rigs or client location to our yard for maintenances, services, sand Blasting and painting
• Adept in conceptualizing & steering various strategic initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies, cost rationalization and process/quality standardization
• Handing on multi -tasks works as Field engineer, Field equipment manager, Procurement, Logistics, Material Management etc
• Devising/implementing various cost control measures for ensuring cost-effective procurements and improving bottom-line performance
• Establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective project control; Streamlining process enhancement steps
• Identifying areas of breakdowns and developing measures to rectify equipment problems by applying troubleshooting tools
• Organizing Hydro test of all the process lines of Flare Booms and visual witness for it
• Conduct PMI of all the process lines as per the OEM procedure and reporting to client
• Expertise in operations & maintenance of equipment’s like Pre-heat and post heat equipment, DG Sets, Air compressors of both diesel and power driven, High Pressure Water Jetting Machine, Welding machines, Electrode Oven, EOT and CO monitor
• Visual inspection, MT, UT and PT on jobs Fabrication at workshop and field location
• Monitoring the effective functions of blasting equipment, coating equipment checking the performance of blaster/coating application as per standards
• Visual & Dimensional Inspection of Raw materials and Verify Material Test Certificates
• Maintain records of Final painting documentation (Painting, summary report)
• Ensure Calibration of all types of Gauges and check Due date and maintain the record
