· Leading the consortium partners in the fabrication of the installations aids and keeping an eye on the daily offshore schedule during the offshore campaign help ensure readiness.

  • Ensuring familiarity and adherence to the following procedures as well as all project documentation: Contract documents including SOW and GCC, Materials receipt record procedure, Preservation procedure, Project logistics procedures

  • Basing on project requirements, identifying suitable vendors/service providers to obtain formal quotes and negotiate on terms & rates and further following-up for relevant approvals
  • Submitting monthly Invoices to Client (ONGC) with all supporting milestone documents and Annexure-E, further liaising with ONGC to identify discrepancies and report to Head office for requisite correction and closure
  • Communication with concerned parties for getting MOHA & NED documentation, subsequent verification, addressing deficiencies and chase-up with Agent for swift submission/processing of applications and follow-up if any required with ONGC PMT/Security offices
  • Applying the MOD, NSC, and SPL clearances’ from ONGC project office and ensure that all relevant certificates are valid, maintaining a database to track expiry dates and follow-up with agents for renewals as and when required
  • Accessing PICA for upload of cover letters for MOHA, MOD, NSC, NED etc., pursue for approval by relevant persons and further submission to ONGC with all support documents
