There are two applications, One is for Executive for walk-in Customers and another one is for Broker/Agent to generating the Trade shares, Mutual funds and Stocks through the both Applications., Analyze the assigned user stories in the Jira portal., Involve the preparing Test plan and Test case also Peer Review and Test review., Root Cause analysis of a Defect raised in P1/P2 tickets., Creating/Approving defects in SIT/UAT/Production Environment and follow up with Development team., Ensure the Agile flow of the testing team and Co-ordinate the smoke test with the client team., Being a Point of Contact for client and ensure the quality of the product., 11/2021, 04/2024 SGIC - General Insurance, General Insurance, Shriram General Insurance, Jaipur, Core business application will be used by the business users of general insurance company for generating Quotation, Proposal and Policy to the End customers through intermediary. Post issuance of policy the business users will be able to update the endorsement and claims module on request by the end customers. After policy issuance the payout to the intermediaries will be settled by the Marketing team. After Generating the Policy, if customer needs to include or exclude the covers and change the details, we are using Endorsement, there are 2 type Endorsements, Financial and Non-Financial Endorsement.
