• Designed and developed a centralized authentication service for user-level and internal service-to-service authentication. Implemented JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens and refresh tokens, including token validation, lifecycle management, and secure renewal. The service provides centralized authentication across multiple internal applications and services, improving security, consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the application ecosystem.
• Designed and developed a centralized PROMO service to manage coupons, cashback, and instant discounts for users making purchases through Snapmint web and mobile applications. Integrated the service with Snapmint merchant integration platform to enable seamless application of promotional benefits during the purchase journey. The service also manages users’ cashback wallets and maintains separate financial ledgers, providing users with transparent visibility into their cashback transactions through the mobile application. Currently manage 35k request per minutes for eligible promo and 600 req per min are the user which uses there cashback on our app
• Redesigned and migrated the existing checkout journey to a new, scalable checkout platform with minimal disruption to existing users and business operations.
  Decoupled the checkout experience from Snapmint NBFC infrastructure by introducing multi-lender support, enabling seamless integration of Snapmint and other lending partners. The new architecture provides a flexible foundation for integrating additional lenders and financial products, including credit card EMI and other lending solutions, within a unified checkout journey.

• Developed a credit bureau microservice handling Experian operations, improving credit assessments, utilizing data streaming to handle large experian responses which is up to 4mb.
• Created a layer-one microservice for a multilayer architecture, optimizing scalability and modularity
• Designed and implemented a robust KYC microservice in Node.js, seamlessly fetching data from CKYC India and storing it in MongoDB and AWS S3. Integrated flawlessly with a Ruby service using Ruby on Rails, managing over 9k requests per minute with an average database call time of 8ms and API latency of 20ms.
• Implemented nightly Selenium-based checkout tests using Python, which execute checkout flows in Chrome, generate reports, and upload error screenshots to AWS S3 for analysis and documentation.
• Wrote unit test cases for multiple services and encompassed them into the GitHub workflow, triggering test execution immediately upon the creation of a pull request (PR).
• Developed RESTful APIs to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Integrated third-party services using microservices architecture for improved functionality.

• Developed and maintained Notification micro-services, which automated the notification process for the Krishify app. Sending half a million notification everyday.
• Engineered a lead generation system from user checkout funnel data, prioritizing assignments to the sales team, enabling conversion into orders within the system, handling thousands of leads and converting them into hundreds of orders daily.
• Enhanced performance by optimizing database queries across microservices and implementing Replica DB to distribute the load, resulting in a significant reduction in query time from 1-2 s to 200-500 ms.
• Assisted in the testing and deployment of software releases.
• Worked on various e-commerce projects and integrated multiple services to improve the overall ecom experience.
