Production Management:

• Look after the daily production related task - Planning, Controlling, and Troubleshooting with a team consisting of 33 Line Associates

• Set new records with accomplishment of production target

• Prepare Visual Management systems layout in the production cells to identify unsafe conditions; Follow 5S to ensure zero accident and zero defect

MACHINE KNOWLEDGE :

• Three axis, four axis, Mitsubishi electric, Robostar Roberts’s inspection

• Camera inspection teaching & tunings

• Basic vmc,hmc,cnc machines

• M/C servo position teaching & turning

• Troubleshoot pneumatic,hydraulic,operations jigs , fixtures & tool monitoring

• Smc,festo cylinders ,lead switch,sensors & limitswitchs,etc.

Process and Quality Management:

• Work towards reduction inline root cause of Rejections, Scrap generation, Process and Equipment Failure Rate through Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Calculation.

• Collaborate with Quality team for Productivity Improvement and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ); controlled the Nut Torquing Operation Missing Challenge in Nut Torquing M/c through Root Cause Analysis by 8D Methodology

Ensure Zero Defect and Best in Class (BIC) Quality in delivered components to the clients. Monitor the quality issues and complaints from the market.

• Participate in team activities- Continuous Improvements, suggestion implementations, 5S Improvements, system adherence and support HPS element

Product knowledge products like: "Hydraulic Brakes", "Shock Absorbers" and "Struts" for cars and sports utility vehicles.

Reports:

• Ensure daily submission of Production & Daily Loss Report, Setup & Rework Report, OCE Calculation & Effort Closing Monitoring Report, Control Charts (SPC, Run Charts), Check sheets (FMEA, POKAYOKE, TPM), etc.

• Submit monthly reports on Kaizen Preparation, 3C Audit, NC’s Closing, Internal PPM, Cause Analysis, Six Sigma Project, 4D & 8D Report, Standardized Work (SW), Line of Balance (LOB), Opt. Skill Evaluation (Skill Matrix) and Process Knowledge Document (PKD) .
