· As a part of GNOC Security team we are responsible for handling 800+firewalls [FortiGate, Palo-alto, Juniper, cisco ASA] Load balancers, Cloud environment, SSL VPN boxes, and Junos, Pulse Secure across the global.

· Validating and analysing new firewall request for implementation.

· Worked closely with the customer with CCM (Client connectivity managers) in understanding requirements and delivering them with clear understanding and implementation.

· Verifying change request and providing approval based on impact analysis.

· Handling troubleshooting call in case of any issues from firewall perspective and implementing changes based on the findings.

· Involved in performing firewall device audit on regular basis.

· Involved in transition activities to ensure devices which are getting transitioned to NOC comply with standards.

· Working with Audit teams with their annual audit of our network infrastructure and remediate any findings during audit.

• Responsible for overall firewall configuration implementations and policy installations across all platforms during maintenance windows including palo alto for major enterprise network.
• implementation, configuration and management of fortigate and Palo Alto firewalls with Fortimanager/Panaroma environment with OS upgrades.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
• Configuring network devices (Routers and Switches)
• Good knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF )

• Provided technical support for users having difficulty connecting to or using the network.
• Coordinated with vendors and suppliers regarding any necessary repairs or replacements related to networking equipment.
