Senior Quality Control Analyst:

• Analyze and interpret Test Scenarios derived from Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive Test Cases based on detailed Requirement.
• Conduct various testing like functional,integration,system and regression testings to validate the system's behavior across different modules and interfaces.
• Execute Test Cases meticulously and documenting all identified bugs, issues, and anomalies for further analysis and resolution.
• Develop Automated Test Suites using Inbuilt Tools, enhancing testing efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability while minimizing manual effort and resources

Customer Support Analyst:

• The key responsibility of CSA role is involving in Delivery process and Customer interaction on addressing the Product Issues.
• Analysis customer reported issue and if possible prompt action to customer for the workaround.
• Participating in business requirements and functional specifications reviews early in the software development life cycle.
• Coordinate bi-weekly meetings with all clients to meticulously review bug lists, communicate open bug statuses, and discuss delivery plans.
• Deliver the latest customer requirements and Additional Work Requests (AWRs) during weekly meetings with the EVP.
• Gather functional modifications and AWRs from Project Managers, coordinating development, testing, and release schedules to meet planned delivery dates.
• Track defects and discrepancies reported in the testing process, analyze their impact on customer business, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely resolution to uphold project timelines.
• Follow up with development and testing teams to ensure the completion of sprints within expected timelines, maintaining alignment with project milestones and customer expectations.
