Citi EMEA L1L2 Production Support Project Provide support for local, regional and rainbow applications in 9 EMEA Countries (IPB, UK Retail, Czech Republic, Hungary, Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Poland and Russia). Define and improve service maturity, perform risk management and track SLA/OLA report to enhance the overall service quality with optimum cost.
Responsibility:
· Managing Core Banking Vertical with 20 member team size across 24*7 Production support.
· Cluster Lead for Citi Rainbow project and responsible of post live implementation team, L1 & L2 Production support (EMEA Region).
· LOB Manager for Core Banking Domain from L1L2 Production Support team for EMEA region (9 countries)

· Identified as Triage manager to scrutinise the inflow tickets and steps taken to prevent incorrect assignment and resolve if any clarification/functional understanding issues.
· Maintain steady backlog of tickets throughout the engagement and ensure the incidents are acknowledges and resolved within SLA based on priority/severity defined as per project SOW.
