1)As Group Quality head of 4 plants responsible for all areas of the Quality function. 2)Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing Quality strategy and strategic operational Strategy ,

Development goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, Create and implement

3)Ensuring Customer feedback and Customer complaints activity across all units leading the reduction by

CAPA methodology of Customer PPMs (Parts Per Million), Warranty, Cost of Quality and in-house scrap and

waste. Work to prevent NCs, customer complaints, rework . Have ensured a poka yoke environment across all

the 4 units thus resulting in Zero customer complaint by SOPs, layered audits, learnings ,CAPA ,8d s ,Six Sigma

Addressing automated Customer Feedback platform across all units for ensuring a proper automated

,transparent system in place where the customer is recording feedback in an automated programme (Tablet )

translate to online information to the top management .Ensure to inform to customer CAPA and execution

6) Quality Risk Management implementation and maintaining a system to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current practices. Employed various risk based tools like FMEA and many other to proactively assessing the Risk and eradicating the same with proper control plan and actions .

7) Quality Assurance(QA) Envisaged and implemented world class Quality Assurance (QA ) environment with 100% in inspection ,RFQ ,approvals ,testing as per SOP ,Customer requirements as per GTP ,QAP ,Technical Spec(TS) and translate into work order. System of Audits ,FMEA to IMS for total assured SAP environment.(Detailed QA functions explained separately)

8) Quality Control (QC)—Have developed strong SOP for testing as per Work order and QAP with inspection protocol,tracebility . Enhanced process control by setting of CTQ for each process and monitored by QC and testing of process, WIP, FG .Am aware of all testing environment and in SAP .(Detailed QA functions explained separately)

9) IGI (Incoming Good Inspection )–Maintained a string system of Checks as per the RMS with all SAP automated .Sufficient levels created for IGI checks all across the product range with RMS and internal QAP .

10) Statistical Process Control (SPC) and CI(Continual improvement)-Maintained a healty environment of SPC by Check sheet, Control Chart ,Stratification ,Pareto ,FMEA ,Histogram ,Cause and effect ,Scatter Diagram
