· Installation and calibration of Endress Houser FT, TT, PT According to specifications and technical manuals.

· Installation and calibration of Control valves.

· Installation and Testing of Control Pannels.

· Analyzed property maintenance records and procedures to develop a proposal for automating manual procedures and tracking maintenance expenses more carefully.

· Communicated daily with technicians.

• Adroit in Planning, supervision and execution of routine and non-routine maintenance activities of various instrument systems and field instruments.
• To Make a system for technicians and follow them. Also ensure that all should follow the same.
• Maintained the spare parts and Assembly, testing, Observation as per company quality policy.
• Controlling Maintenance tools, stores and equipments as per company quality policy.
• Efficiently performing predictive / breakdown/ preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime
• Managing process measurement, control instrumentation & services for monitoring, recording & optimizing manufacturing processes of various plant equipment.
