• Virtual Lobby Feature Creation, Innovated a virtual interview lobby that contains multiple simultaneous interviews going on imitating a physical interview lobby.
• Interview Guide Builder Creation, Involved in developing a bespoke Interview Guide Builder that serves as a comprehensive tool to aid interviewers in every aspect of conducting an interview, enabling them to seamlessly navigate through every step of the interview process with ease.
• Personalised Insights Tool Creation, Worked with a diverse team to create an automated insights tool which scores the candidates according to company specific skills and provide an evaluation of the current job accuracy and best-suited job-titles.
