  • Digital Twin:
  • Developing ML models for each section of a Fungicide Plant (XgBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Light GBM, SVM, Linear Regression etc.) to predict quality of future batches with the help of the features in which the quality depends (input features). Developing model end to end (Data Collection, Data Pre-processing, EDA, Feature Engineering and then Model Building)
  • In this, have completed 2 sections with model accuracy of more than 80% and leading 3 Associate Data Scientists to work on other sections of the plant simultaneously
  • Insecticide Plant - Methanol Column Feed/Column Bottom Pressure Analysis & Ammonia Stripping Column Feed/Scrubber Pressure Analysis (Bottleneck Sections):
  • In these Projects, problem statement was to increase two important Recovery Columns Feed along with keeping the recovered material quality and column parameters (Pressure, Temperature, Flow) under desired range.
  • Preformed descriptive analysis on 2 years data (around 20 lakh data points). Build a logic to generate continuous ranges to identify the difference in parameters range when the feed was higher (Good Range) and when the feed was lower (Bad range) (Used different logic in both the projects to generate continuous ranges). Build such that there should be no overlapping of parameters ranges. Developed a Power BI dashboard to track the recommendations and production. Worked extensively with McKinsey Team in order to solve these problem statements
  • Cracked both the problems which helps to increase the overall plant production from 53 to 58 MT/D and then from 58 to 65 MT/D. So, overall, in amount after solving Methanol and Ammonia Sections problem, company get a combined huge profit of INR 12.5 Cr.
