Business Analyst -KYC -On Boarding

FinCEN:

Objective:

• Implementation of FinCEN regulation need for USA clients in referential and client onboarding tools.
• Enhance onboarding tools, KYC and Static data system to store client classification and key account party's information.
• Good understanding of KPIs with identifying and implementing fit-for-purpose KPIs to address different business processes.
• Strong story telling proficiency using Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI having built impactful visual dashboards involving advanced visuals through bubble charts, area charts, heat maps, tree maps, funnel diagrams etc.

Business Analyst - Payments Domain

• Good Domain Knowledge Payment system reporting - Clear2Pay/Bancs/Tamenos payments engine.
• Experience with Domestic(EU), Cross Border, SEPA, and SWIFT
• Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects like SEPA, PSD2, AMLD5, ISO20022.
• Understanding of SWIFT Messages types and structure, such as MT101,MT103,MT940 etc.
• Understanding in Payments - MT/MX messages, Cross-Border Payments, Payments life cycles, Clearing & settlements, Liquidity and cash management.

Smart KYC:

• Development and maintenance of application which make KYC review process easier and efficient for business.
• Tool is developed with support of Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence components which perform activities such as Document sourcing from public domain, document analysis, document matching which are necessary for KYC process.
• This application developed completely in-house and I work as Lead Business analyst.

Work Flow Migration

• I-process application (third party app) was used to assign workflow for application called starware Decided to migrate workflow process from I process to SG workflow (Oracle)
• This migration has helped to save budgeting from reducing licensing cost of 1.million Euros .Elimination dependency from I-process team during production issues.
• Performed workflow testing post migration and also coordinate with QA team for automation testing.
• Building scenarios to avoid error.

API development:

• Handled API development from Server to 14 downstream application to flow data .

REO -Tool

• Development web base application to submit details for Reorganization Agile Methodology
• Webpage application to submit details for Reorganization activity for Divisional Heads.

• Review and research on mortgage loan documents
• Working on all escalation received by US counterpart and closing it on priority within SLA.
• Managed loan fraud investigative reviews for home equity loan Mortgage doc analysis
• Ensures all documents required for mortgage loan application are received and accurate
• Investigation on credit qualification letters, facilitated credit transactions by reviewing appraisals, Tax returns and credit histories to confirm eligibility
• Once requests are received, used to verify birth certificate, death certificate, how family members are related to dead policy holder
