- Customer: Large Mortgage Company: The customer is one of the largest full-service mortgage companies in the USA and services customers in Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Commercial loan processing. The customer has built several automated BPM processes for processing of the loans. I was part of the QA team to provide testing and quality assurance for the BPM processes built by BPM Development team.
- Large Insurance Provider (IBM BPM): The client has built a comprehensive and systematic platform which enables it to quickly automate loan insurance operations and the overall approach that will be followed to manage and process these tasks/cases. It consists of new policy issuances for a customer sourced through various channels (online/physical). The policy issuance routes through various steps like Dedup, Scrutiny, Underwriting, Pre-Issuance QC, Issuance – Dispatch.
- SWAT (Securities and Exchange): The client had built a web application to audit companies that are aspiring to get into the Stock Exchange through different processes based on the type of company. This application ensures that the company is eligible for approval.
- Merlin .net (PCN):, Merlin.net Patient Care Network (PCN) is a remote follow-up system that imports and manages cardiac information for patients with implanted devices. The system allows users and clinicians to upload and manage patient device data by accessing a web interface using the internet and a compatible browser.
- HPE StoreVirtual DU/DL Analysis:, HPE StoreVirtual storage is a cost-effective product that ensures that organisations can optimise the benefits of server virtualisation with high availability and disaster recovery.
