- Customer: Large Mortgage Company: The customer is one of the largest full-service mortgage companies in the USA and services customers in Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Commercial loan processing. The customer has built several automated BPM processes for processing of the loans. I was part of the QA team to provide testing and quality assurance for the BPM processes built by BPM Development team
- KTrack GEHC(MATSOFT BPM): The application was built on the MATS BPM platform to manage the tracking of logistics and purchase of medicinal goods owned by GE Healthcare. The application provides the ability to process approvals which are designated on a workflow and add critical information at every approval stage. It also facilitates the monitoring of progress on a workflow by automated electronic communications and provides comprehensive reporting features.
- Large Insurance Provider (IBM BPM): The client has built a comprehensive and systematic platform which enables it to quickly automate loan insurance operations and the overall approach that will be followed to manage and process these tasks/cases. It consists of new policy issuances for a customer sourced through various channels (online/physical). The policy issuance routes through various steps like Dedup, Scrutiny, Underwriting, Pre-Issuance QC, Issuance – Dispatch.
- SWAT (Securities and Exchange): The client had built a web application to audit companies that are aspiring to get into the Stock Exchange through different processes based on the type of company. This application ensures that the company is eligible for approval. The project involves the approval process wherein the data is uploaded by the customers through different types of forms, the application enables the SEC to review and organize the documents and send it for verification to the manager.
