• Buddha Heritage Hotel, Patna, Supervise necessary maintenance and repair work carried on the hotel equipment. Conduct regular inspection on electrical, HVAC and plumbing system. Coordinate with the outside vendors and draft a contract for the necessary maintenance work that was carried in the facility. Ensure that all work done was in accordance to the company standard. Maintain the inventory for the hotel and forecast the needs and ensure that it is well stock.
• Hotel Le Lac, Ranchi, Supervise necessary maintenance and repair work carried on the hotel equipment. Conduct regular inspection on electrical, HVAC and plumbing system. Coordinate with the outside vendors and draft a contract for the necessary maintenance work that was carried in the facility. Ensure that all work done was in accordance to the company standard. Maintain the inventory for the hotel and forecast the needs and ensure that it is well stock.
• Hotel Gargee Grand, Patna, Supervise necessary maintenance and repair work carried on the hotel equipment. Conduct regular inspection on electrical, VRV and plumbing system. Coordinate with the outside vendors and draft a contract for the necessary maintenance work that was carried in the facility. Ensure that all work done was in accordance to the company standard. Maintain the inventory for the hotel and forecast the needs and ensure that it is well stock. Test and examine the life safety system.
• Carrefour WC & C India Pvt Ltd, Meerut, Responsible for maintenance HVAC. Responsible for building maintenance repair and service. Recommended measures to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment. Maintain records and track work order, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment. Repair/replace equipment to ensure proper functioning Operation and general maintenance of STP, WTP, Refrigeration System. Maintenance of battery operated fork truck. Maintain & monitor the AMC of equipment. Monitor & maintaining store Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentering, Painting & Masonry, Housekeeping work.
