I'm a caterpillar Level 2 & Level 3 certified technician on Medium Excavators.
I have good exposure on Caterpillar medium Excavators & Loaders - 313 ,320,330,345 Excavators-950,962,980 Loaders.
As a technician I do 5 majors things to make Caterpillar machines more productive & Ensure customer satisfaction.
Educate-Monitor-Recommendation-Implementation-Pro active
Educate the customer about Do's & Don't and explain about Machine and operator safety.
We Monitor customer machines & lead them to make machines more productive -Like operation methodology Condition monitoring,Maintenance practice
Based on machine age & condition we do Recommendation on parts & service to engage the machine on field always.
As per all foresaid analytics, we follow up with customer & Ensure all things to be Implemented.
Based on machine age & clocked hours,Proactively we do provide customized parts list to the customer to procure necessary items in advance.
Majorly with the all above things , we technically interpret the machines data & ensure to commit the machine on Duty & we decrease the Down time.
I have proper knowledge on CAT ET & all caterpillar monitoring system.
