• Analyzing the TLC for cost optimization and working towards network optimization with respect to PTPK (per tonne per Km optimization)
• Driving digital initiatives for operations efficiency across zone
• Implementation of GPS tracking initiative across fleet and monitoring the trip turnaround time.

Turn Around Time-

• Analysis of the data extracted from Turn-Around-Time dashboard, whilst understanding the pattern of increased TAT.
• Analysis of the constraints responsible for increased Turn-Around-Time inside the plant premises.
• Quantifying the impacts of increased Turn-Around-Time on the supply chain.

Fleet Tracking and Lead Deviation-

• Streamlining the tracking process of the fleet and working on increasing the efficiency of the same.
• Analysis of lead (route taken by the fleet) and the deviation (if any).
• Validating the lead as per the collated data and the tolls through the route, thereby streamlining the logistics for the plant.

Granular plan for increase the Rail Head firing

• Analysis of railhead so as to understand the process of operation of rail logistics and the factors affecting the efficiency of the same
• Calculation of economic hours (wharfage-free hours) in order to maximize RH firing

Granular Plan for increase of Direct dispatch

• Analyzing the variation and seasonality in placing the order and understanding the trends
• Analysis of factors affecting the direct dispatch. E.g. fleet size, distance of the dealer from the plant o Understanding the fleet turn-around-time at the plant so as to look into the criteria of efficiency of direct dispatch

• Prepared framework for Environment and Social Management System (ESMS) approved by Asian Development Bank
• Analyzing Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) reports and monitoring of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) quarterly report across all wind and solar sites under construction and operation
• Segregating the Terms of Reference for ESIA and ESDD study conducted at wind and solar sites
• Assisting in ISO audits for the corporate office as well as across sites for ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OSHAS-18001 o Regular monitoring of 18 wind power generation sites and 12 solar power generation sites pan India for construction and operation phase audit
