FY 2024–25: ATL Adoption Program with AIM, NITI Aayog

• Leading nationwide adoption and transformation of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) across 9 states in partnership with AIM, NITI Aayog and Dell Technologies.
• Spearheading onboarding of new ATLs and implementing an immersive curriculum on AI, Generative AI, IoT, AR/VR, App & Web Development.
• Conducting strategic planning, content development, school-level situational analysis, and capacity-building for 300+ teachers and ATL incharges.
• Engaging 23,000+ students through innovation bootcamps, tech mentoring, and project showcases resulting in 500+ student-led innovations for School Innovation Marathon, Inspire awards etc.
• Developed comprehensive project plans, resulting in successful on-time delivery of multiple programs.
• Coordinating 100+ Dell volunteers to deliver mentoring, design thinking sessions, and industry-led workshops.
• Driving outreach to non-ATL schools by establishing ATLs as community innovation hubs, impacting 1.16+ lakh beneficiaries nationally.

FY 2023–24: Solar Community Hubs Program

• Led deployment of solar-powered digital labs in 10 states to bridge the digital divide in rural and defence-connected regions.
• Trained 8.5+ lakh individuals—including veterans, women, and youth—in digital literacy, financial awareness, cyber safety, and coding.
• Collaborated with CSCs (MeitY) to provide mobile access to internet-enabled devices and learning tools.
• Managed cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality program delivery within scope and budget.
• Conducted expert-led digital inclusion workshops with 50+ Dell volunteer facilitators.
