Kaizens :

-Damage reduction in tote while staging:

Observed employess not adhering to process and handling totes with single hand causing misplacement of product & damages. Visual poster's made and training given for same achieveing 0% damage loss from 1.8% .

-Wastage of Stickers

Observed employess doing non value added work of printing WSN Stickers which was going in bin. This issue highlghted and found alternate way to avoid misuse of sticker preventing daily 300 WSN sticker printing costing 0.50 Paise each saving 600 rs daily.

-Unbranded PL Products titles

During QC observed around 20 FSN Titles were incomplete causing wrong QC and Picking for this Issue their titles were changed in system avoiding customer complaints reducing it to 0.08% from 0.9% FC level.
