Currently, working as a Quality Specialist at “Amazon.com” for Last Mile Analytics and Quality (LMAQ) team.
Worked on data extraction and validation for quality improvement projects, including SLA monitoring.
Worked on development of Quality report automation dashboards using quicksight.
Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data analysis needs, in meeting SLA targets.
Utilized ETL & Hubble to modify and execute SQL queries to get desired results in order to prepare WBRs, MBRs and other operational metrics.
Performed root cause analysis on our day-to-day operations and provided a solution that led to a 40% decrease in errors and maximized quality for overall program.
Served as a Training POC for entire Driving License Validation/Sentinel space in LMAQ for New hires as well as for any Cross-training resources where successfully trained 150+ employees, resolved escalated issues from cross-functional projects and training.
Worked on automating query based ingestion for Auditbook realted programs within LMAQ.
Worked on Tamper monkey and file based automated ingestion using VBA script which helped in overall 2.25 hours/day time reduction for a POC across LMAQ.
Worked on XBR automation project across entire DLP space under LMAQ.
Created SOPs for EU (AT, BE, NL, FR, DE, ES, IT & IE) regions and UK for DA (Delivery associates) DLV and Sentinel (Enrollment & Verification) launches.
Monitored Team’s quality standards and executed quality-control programs.
Reviewed existing tools and made recommendations for improvements.
Helped Stakeholders from Mexico (MX), Canada (CA) and Europe (EU) regions with their doubts and provide them with any urgent data requests using SQL in order to help them Deep dive on any Driver related issue.
